Book Signing and Horse Visit with Local Author

Join us for a special book signing event with local author Mary Chris on Sunday, September 24, 2023, from 1-3 pm at Metamora General Store.

Hark! Follow My Hoofbeats is the first book in the Hoofbeats through History series, which tells the important stories of horses' impact on human history. Hark! Follow My Hoofbeats is the story of how HD Harkness, a Morgan horse, came to be, told from his perspective.

In addition to signed copies of the book, guests will have an opportunity to meet the real-life Hark the horse!
